I enjoyed reading this book as I have all of the other Zoe Donovan books! As the title suggests, the setting is the Hawaiian islands primarily Maui, and Kathi's descriptions made me feel as if I was there. Chapter 1 relates Zoe's experience during a show that Zoe and her friends go to shortly after arriving in Hawaii and is very funny.... I really liked this 7th instalment in the Zoe Donovan series. Some of the historical content was a wee bit dry, but the action and details of their location made up for it. It ended on a bit of a cliffhanger; can't wait to read the next one! I enjoyed this book because it takes place in Hawaii. Zoe, Zack, Ellie, and Levi take a vacation to Hawaii and even Charlie, the dog gets to go. They have a great time and meet new people.
