I keep thinking I'm going to give up on this series. I don't even remember all of what happened in this one, but I do remember the "Moses" scene at the last of the book. Maybe that's what keeps me going, wondering what will happen to the babe. I wish the author would stop bringing couples almost to the altar to get married, then have... If you need some light reading and you're a fan of series, that certain type of reader who always wishes you could find out what happens in the end to even the most stereotypical of characters; then this is a good series for you. There just isn't the connection you get with well-written, multi-faceted characters. GrippingGrippingRating 5 was the lowest I could give, as each book from the first sentence in the first book captured me and continued to draw me in and keep me. I await book 12 and do hope it's soon coming because I have to know what happens to each character that I met within these pages.
