People wanting a Cliff's Notes, abridged version of grief This was such an insightful book for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who has gone thru or is presently going thru some sort of loss. Although the authors focused on loss thru death -- those who expierence loss in other ways, such as thru divorce, loss of job, loss of health, can also benefit from the wisdom presented in this book....
