It fell short. The mystery behind the story was interesting, and that's what gave the book 3 stars, but mixing that with the romance just did not do it for me.You meet a man, know him for less than ten days, and you are now in love with him? Then, of course, vice versa. Nah, don't work. Granted, he's a really nice alpha, but she couldn't... Although I read these out of order I was okay with the storyline. I loved this book. True LH at her best! contemporary romance, and fans of thriller/suspense
