I contributed the introductory essay to this beautifully written and extraordinarily detailed study of early erotic film. Fun, informative, breezy read. A little disjointed at times, spending too much time on certain subjects (often repeating itself), and not enough on others. I'm inclined to read some of the writer's resources for a more complete overview. Still, not bad. Fun, conversational overview of the history of the stag film from the invention of film until the 1970s, when the adult feature film industry made them obsolete.
