Contracts, Forms, and Samples! Great little book that shows you how to assign contracts with examples. Most others just direct you or "up sell" you to purchase their software. I'm surprised the authors DID NOT do that here. Good Karma. I always wanted to get into the real estate business. I found Art of Wholesaling at the local real estate club in my town and honestly this book is worth MORE than the $3,000 seminar that was being pitched. It breaks down the A-B, B-C closing. If you ever wanted to learn how to flip properties without cash or credit this is THE book... I read Art of Wholesaling by Shah and Virelles and learned how to save money on my investment property. My friend was about to purchase a property through an agent but we used the strategies in this book to have that agent find us something even better and got them to save us 6% off the price. Excellent Read!
